An export batch of thermostatic mixers had been returned because temperature-control performance did not meet customer requirements.
Solution
Ouxun supplied a hot/cold dual-loop thermostatic mixer test bench covering startup, shut-off, drift and sealing across 12 test points.
Outcome
First-pass yield increased from 92% to 99.2%, and the customer successfully passed EN 1111 third-party type testing.
