What kinds of test equipment do you make?
We build custom non-standard testers (valve, HVAC, sanitary, auto parts, pipe & hose) and standard testers (tensile, metallographic, environmental). All units can be configured to GB / EN / ISO / SAE / ASTM standards. See Products for the full line-up.
What is the lead time for a custom tester?
Standard machines ship in ~45 days; custom non-standard testers usually 60-90 days. Complex solutions (loading, MES integration, vision systems) may run to 120 days. We agree milestones at the quoting stage and report weekly.
What certifications and credentials do you hold?
ISO 9001 quality management certification, 8 utility-model patents, 6 software copyrights, Taizhou High-Tech Enterprise designation. Our machines have passed EN 1111 / EN 215 / GB/T 2423 third-party type tests.
Do you offer on-site installation and commissioning?
Yes. Our engineers travel worldwide for installation, commissioning, training, and ramp-up support. Domestic service is included; overseas is billed at travel + per-diem rates.
Can your equipment integrate with our MES / ERP?
Yes. Our machines support OPC UA / Modbus / TCP-IP / direct database interfaces, with proven MES integrations at many Tier-1 suppliers. Test data uploads automatically with full per-piece traceability.
How quickly will you reply to my inquiry?
We reply within 24 hours on business days. A draft concept follows in 3-5 business days; a formal quote in 7-10 business days (including technical clarification).
