Ouxun configured an automated flow-characteristic test bench with multiple pulse widths, pressure levels and a high-speed camera interface.

Outcome

The cycle reached 60 seconds per piece, flow deviation dropped from +/-2.5% to +/-0.5%, and the customer passed the Bosch quality-system audit.
