Shanghai QC Institute – Combined Tensile and Environmental Reliability Lab

Project Background

The institute needed a 100 kN universal testing machine and a temperature-humidity chamber to expand its accredited test scope.

Solution

Ouxun supplied a WDW-100 universal tester, TH-150 chamber, metallographic preparation equipment and the supporting software platform.

Outcome

The 80-square-metre laboratory now issues more than 1,200 reports per year and obtained CNAS scope-expansion accreditation.
