Application and test scope
Valve Flow Test System is intended for water valves, static and dynamic balancing valves and differential-pressure regulators. It is used to support type tests of flow capacity and regulation behaviour across valve openings and settings. The test arrangement is selected around the sample construction, service conditions and required evaluation method.

Typical test workflow
Use the water-supply and stabilisation circuits to establish test conditions, record data at the agreed openings, flow rates and differential pressures, then organise coefficient and regulation results according to the product test method.
Selection information
For a suitable proposal, provide valve type and size, connections, target flow, differential-pressure range, medium temperature and measurement points. Product drawings or a sample help define connections, locating tooling and test circuits.
Measurement ranges, accuracy, automation, data interfaces and acceptance criteria are defined by the selected configuration and agreed technical proposal.
