Hose Durability (Life-cycle) Test Bench

Application and test scope

Hose Durability (Life-cycle) Test Bench is intended for metal hoses, rubber hoses and related assemblies. It is used to combine pressure, temperature and mechanical stress tests according to hose construction and service conditions for durability evaluation. The test arrangement is selected around the sample construction, service conditions and required evaluation method.

Typical test workflow

For a suitable proposal, provide hose material and length, fittings, pressure and temperature, bending or tensile requirements, cycle count and failure criteria. Product drawings or a sample help define connections, locating tooling and test circuits.

Measurement ranges, accuracy, automation, data interfaces and acceptance criteria are defined by the selected configuration and agreed technical proposal.
