Application and test scope

Pressure-Reducing Valve Auto Tester is intended for water pressure-reducing valves. It is used to support production adjustment and outgoing inspection by checking outlet-pressure behaviour and nominal pressure settings. The test arrangement is selected around the sample construction, service conditions and required evaluation method.

Typical test workflow

Confirm the connection and target outlet pressure, mount the valve and record pressure under the agreed supply conditions. Where automatic adjustment is specified, set and verify the adjustment mechanism and retain the inspection record.

For a suitable proposal, provide valve size, connection type, inlet-pressure range, outlet setpoint, adjustment mechanism and cycle time. Product drawings or a sample help define connections, locating tooling and test circuits.

Measurement ranges, accuracy, automation, data interfaces and acceptance criteria are defined by the selected configuration and agreed technical proposal.
