Electric thermal actuator aging tests should define power, temperature, motion and records before the run. An aging station and a comprehensive test bench do not have identical purposes. Based on Ouxun Smart actuator-test material, this FAQ explains setup, thermal cycling, data records and selection inputs.

1. What should be confirmed first?
Record the sample model, power, interfaces, motion mechanism and fixture. Confirm voltage/current range, temperature program, power cycling, duration and safety protection. For feedback or controllers, define signals and sampling.

2. How should thermal and motion programs be arranged?
Set heating, soaking, cooling or thermal-cycle stages according to the product requirements. Record time, temperature and anomalies. Describe the power-cycling or motion method instead of summarizing everything as “normal operation.”

3. Which data should be recorded?
- Supply voltage, current and power-cycle state;
- temperature setpoint, measured value, stabilization time and excursions;
- cycles, travel or feedback changes and abnormal stops;
- insulation, withstand, heating or sealing checks when applicable;
- before/after comparison, sample ID and raw-record location.

4. How should results be reviewed?
Check that conditions are complete, then apply the product standard, purchase requirement or agreed test plan. Equipment footage does not prove conformity, a fixed service life or certification. Confirm whether QB/T 5788-2022 or GB/T 2423.5-2019 applies to the product and test scope.
5. What is needed for equipment selection?
Provide sample size and quantity, power and control method, temperature range, motion or aging cycle, required records, station count and optional insulation or withstand tests. Leave these details in the comments for a technical discussion.
