Application and test scope

Hydro-Pneumatic Burst Test Bench is intended for valves, hoses and related pressure-containing assemblies. It is used to configure static-pressure, pressure-resistance and burst tests to evaluate sealing and failure behaviour under pressure. The test arrangement is selected around the sample construction, service conditions and required evaluation method.

Typical test workflow

For a suitable proposal, provide sample type, medium, maximum required pressure, pressure-increase method, hold time, temperature conditions and failure criteria. Product drawings or a sample help define connections, locating tooling and test circuits.
