Application and test scope

Manifold Bending & Torsion Test Bench is intended for threaded valves, manifolds and related connections. It is used to evaluate how bending or torsional loads affect threaded connections and valve bodies. The test arrangement is selected around the sample construction, service conditions and required evaluation method.

Typical test workflow

Fix the sample in compatible tooling, apply bending or torsional loads using the selected method and record the load and sample state. Evaluate the connection together with specified pressure or leakage checks.

Selection information

For a suitable proposal, provide thread size, connection material, moment arm and loading direction, required bending moment or torque, test pressure and acceptance requirements. Product drawings or a sample help define connections, locating tooling and test circuits.

Measurement ranges, accuracy, automation, data interfaces and acceptance criteria are defined by the selected configuration and agreed technical proposal.
