Application and test scope

Valve Bending Moment & Torque Test Bench is intended for valves and connections requiring bending evaluation. It is used to evaluate the effect of external bending loads on bodies, connections and related sealing performance. The test arrangement is selected around the sample construction, service conditions and required evaluation method.

Typical test workflow

Locate the valve and establish the required moment arm and loading direction, apply bending loads according to the programme and record loads and sample changes. Perform the agreed leakage or operating checks afterward.

For a suitable proposal, provide valve geometry, connections, loading direction, moment arm, target bending moment, pressure conditions and subsequent inspection method. Product drawings or a sample help define connections, locating tooling and test circuits.

Measurement ranges, accuracy, automation, data interfaces and acceptance criteria are defined by the selected configuration and agreed technical proposal.
