Comprehensive test bench for mixing valves and thermostatic balancing valves, intended for type testing. The equipment can be configured for mixing valves, balancing valves, ball valves and related products.

Test scope

Flow, pressure, temperature regulation, thermostatic performance and sealing performance. Select the test circuit, conditions and acceptance criteria to suit the sample and applicable test method.

Configuration

Specifications are customized to customer requirements. Typical components include a chiller, hot and cold water tanks, a pressure supply system, pressure stabilization and PLC controls.

Reference standards

The original equipment information lists ASSE 1016-2005, EN 1111 and GB/T 24293-2009. Confirm the applicable edition and test scope in the agreed technical proposal.
